These Terms govern the use of the Witsxpress™ website and all services provided by Witsxpress, including Domestic Shipping, International Shipping, Partial Truckload (PTL), Full Truckload (FTL), E-commerce Shipping, Fulfilment & Warehousing, Door Pickup Services, Shipment Tracking, Customs Assistance, Risk Coverage, Packaging & Handling, Proactive Shipment Notifications, and other Value-Added Logistics Services.
By accessing our website, requesting a pickup, obtaining a quotation, booking a shipment, making a payment, or using any Witsxpress service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Witsxpress is a courier and logistics service provider offering domestic and international shipping, e-commerce logistics, freight solutions, and value-added services for individuals, businesses, and e-commerce sellers across India and worldwide.
With service coverage across 18,700+ serviceable pin codes in India, 99.5% pan-India coverage, and international delivery capabilities spanning 195+ countries worldwide, Witsxpress provides reliable door-to-door shipping solutions supported by operational expertise, technology, transparent GST-inclusive pricing, real-time shipment tracking, and trusted logistics partnerships.
Our services may include shipment screening, customs assistance support, risk coverage options, proactive shipment notifications, free door pickup within eligible service areas for international & domestic shipments, professional packaging support for eligible international shipments & domestic shipments, and other value-added logistics services, subject to service availability and operational requirements.
Witsxpress operates in compliance with applicable Indian laws, customs regulations, taxation laws, KYC obligations, and recognised industry standards.
You accept these Terms & Conditions when you perform any of the following actions:
- Access our website
- Request a pickup
- Obtain a quotation
- Book a shipment
- Make a payment
- Use any Witsxpress service
Note: If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
All quotations provided by Witsxpress are indicative and subject to shipment verification.
Pricing Terms
- All rates are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
- Final charges may vary based on actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, destination, service selected, carrier charges, customs requirements, and special handling requirements.
- Rates are subject to revision without prior notice.
Chargeable Weight
Chargeable Weight shall be calculated as the higher of Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight.
Volumetric Weight Formula
(Length × Breadth × Height in cm) ÷ 5000
Weight Rounding Policy

The final weight determined during shipment processing shall be considered final for billing purposes.
Note: Rounding rules may change for some Special Delivery services for both international and domestic shipments.
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate sender and receiver information.
- Provide valid contact details.
- Accurately declare shipment contents and value.
- Provide required KYC and shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure shipments are packed appropriately for transportation.
Note: Witsxpress shall not be liable for delays, losses, penalties, customs issues, or additional charges arising from inaccurate information, improper packaging, or incorrect declarations provided by the customer.
All shipments are subject to inspection and acceptance.
Witsxpress reserves the right to refuse, suspend, delay, or cancel any shipment that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Contains prohibited or restricted items.
- Is improperly packed.
- Contains false or incomplete declarations.
- Presents safety, security, or operational risks.
Witsxpress reserves the right to open, inspect, scan, verify, and screen shipments whenever required by law, customs authorities, aviation security regulations, or operational procedures.
Customers may be required to provide valid documentation before shipment acceptance.

Conditions:
- Only a 3-month course of medicines is accepted.
- Delivery is subject to customs clearance.
- Witsxpress is not responsible for delays or destruction by authorities.
Note: Acceptance remains subject to destination-country regulations and customs clearance requirements.
The following categories of items are strictly prohibited unless specifically permitted by law and approved by Witsxpress:
Sending prohibited items is a criminal offence under Indian law, The following are strictly not accepted for shipping:

- Any item prohibited under Indian law or destination-country regulations is also prohibited.
- Destination-specific restrictions may also apply.
- Kindly verify the list every time for international and domestic shipments before booking shipments.
Note: Witsxpress reserves the right to open and inspect all shipments. KYC is mandatory as per Indian Customs Regulations.
Delivery timelines provided by Witsxpress are estimates only and shall not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments. Transit times are calculated in working days only.

Note: Shipments received after operational cut-off times may be processed on the next working day.
International shipments are subject to applicable customs laws, import regulations, and compliance requirements of the origin, transit, and destination countries.
Domestic shipments are subject to applicable laws and regulations within India.
The sender and consignee shall be solely responsible for:
- Customs Duties
- Import Taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage Charges
- Storage Charges
- Government Fees
- Regulatory Approvals
- Customs Clearance Charges
- Weight Difference Charges
Witsxpress has no control over customs authorities and shall not be liable for customs delays, inspections, holds, seizures, shipment rejections, or destruction by authorities.
Note: No refund shall be provided for shipments confiscated, abandoned, seized, restricted, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Witsxpress may attempt pickup and delivery up to three (3) times, subject to operational feasibility.
Additional attempts may attract extra charges.
Conditions That May Trigger RTO
- Address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The recipient is unavailable after three attempts.
- The recipient refuses delivery.
- Contact information is invalid.
- Customs clearance requirements are not fulfilled.
- Delivery cannot be completed for operational reasons.
- Any other circumstance preventing successful delivery beyond the reasonable control of Witsxpress.
Note: Any applicable RTO charges shall be borne by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipments are packed adequately for transportation.
Witsxpress shall not be liable for damage resulting from:
- Inadequate Packaging
- Improper Sealing
- Fragile Contents
- Leakage of Liquids
- Manufacturing Defects
- Customer Packaging Failures
Note: Additional packaging services may be offered where available and subject to applicable charges.
- Tracking information is provided for customer convenience only.
- Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to carrier, airline, customs, system-related, or operational reasons.
- Witsxpress does not guarantee uninterrupted or real-time tracking availability.
- The estimated delivery date displayed on the tracking page is automatically calculated based on the maximum committed transit time for the selected service.
- In many cases, shipments are delivered before the displayed estimated date.
- Actual delivery depends on operational movement, transit scans, and destination processing.
- Where applicable, destination warehouse storage may be provided free for up to three (3) calendar days.
- Storage charges may apply after the free storage period.
- Witsxpress reserves the right to return, dispose of, or abandon unclaimed shipments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
All shipments are transported at the owner's risk.
Complimentary Standard Risk Coverage
- Eligible premium services may include complimentary standard risk coverage.
- Maximum compensation under complimentary coverage shall be limited to:
₹500 or 10% of the Invoice Value, whichever is lower.

Claims Procedure
Claims relating to loss or damage must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days from the delivery date or expected delivery date, with supporting documents including Invoice, Shipment Receipt, Proof of Value, Photographs, and Supporting Evidence.
Limitation of Liability
Witsxpress shall not be liable for:
- Indirect Losses or Consequential Damages
- Business Losses or Loss of Profit
- Emotional Distress
- Customs Delays or Airline Delays
- Government Actions or Third-Party Carrier Actions
- Force Majeure Events
Note: Claims are subject to third-party carrier and logistics partner policies, Witsxpress will facilitate the claim process but final settlement depends on the applicable carrier's terms and conditions.
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges including:
- Freight Charges
- Fuel Surcharges
- Remote Area Charges
- Customs Charges
- Taxes & Duties
- Storage Charges
- Value-Added Services
Note: All applicable GST shall be charged in accordance with Indian tax laws.
- Shipment cancellation requests may only be accepted before shipment processing or carrier handover.
- Once a shipment has been dispatched, manifested, or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund eligibility shall be governed by the Witsxpress Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Witsxpress™, associated logos, trademarks, branding elements, website content, graphics, designs, and service names are the exclusive intellectual property of Witsxpress.
- Unauthorised use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
- Any infringement of Witsxpress intellectual property rights may result in legal action under applicable Indian and international laws.
- Users may not use Witsxpress branding, logos, or content for commercial purposes, advertising, or third-party promotions without prior written consent.
- Witsxpress may utilise third-party carriers, airlines, customs brokers, warehouses, delivery partners, and logistics networks for service fulfilment.
- Service availability may vary based on destination, regulations, operational feasibility, and carrier availability.
Witsxpress shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, loss, or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising from the use of Witsxpress services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
