- Any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or charges imposed by the destination country must be borne entirely by the customer / consignee.
- Witsxpress has no control over customs authorities.
Shipments must be submitted before the cut-off time to be processed on the same working day. Shipments received after cut-off will be processed on the next working day.

Pricing Terms
- All rates are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
- Final charges may vary based on actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, destination, service selected, carrier charges, customs requirements, and special handling requirements.
- Rates are subject to revision without prior notice.
Chargeable Weight
Chargeable Weight shall be calculated as the higher of Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight.

Witsxpress may attempt pickup and delivery up to three (3) times, subject to operational feasibility. Additional attempts may attract extra charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipments are packed adequately for transportation. Witsxpress shall not be liable for damage resulting from:
- Inadequate Packaging
- Improper Sealing
- Fragile Contents
- Leakage of Liquids
- Manufacturing Defects
- Customer Packaging Failures

International shipments are subject to applicable customs laws, import regulations, and compliance requirements of the origin, transit, and destination countries.
Domestic shipments are subject to applicable laws and regulations within India.
The sender and consignee shall be solely responsible for:
- Customs Duties
- Import Taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage Charges
- Storage Charges
- Government Fees
- Regulatory Approvals
- Customs Clearance Charges
- Weight Difference Charges
Witsxpress has no control over customs authorities and shall not be liable for customs delays, inspections, holds, seizures, shipment rejections, or destruction by authorities.
A shipment may be returned to origin (RTO) under any of the following conditions:
- Address is incorrect or incomplete
- Recipient is unavailable after three delivery attempts
- Recipient refuses delivery
- Contact information is invalid
- Customs clearance requirements are not fulfilled
- Delivery cannot be completed for operational reasons
- Any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Witsxpress
- Where applicable, destination warehouse storage is provided free for up to three (3) calendar days.
- Storage charges may apply after the free storage period.
- Witsxpress reserves the right to return, dispose of, or abandon unclaimed shipments in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Tracking information is provided for customer convenience only.
- Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to carrier, airline, customs, system-related, or operational reasons.
- Witsxpress does not guarantee uninterrupted or real-time tracking availability.
- The estimated delivery date displayed on the tracking page is automatically calculated based on the maximum committed transit time for the selected service.
- In many cases, shipments are delivered before the displayed estimated date.
- Actual delivery depends on operational movement, transit scans, and destination processing.
