Enter your AWB or Order ID in the tracking box above. You will get Real-Time updates on Shipment Status. Additionally, you can check where your Order is at any time. This allows you to monitor its progress until Delivery.

Tracking Details may take a few hours to refresh. Therefore, if your Order Status still doesn’t update, please wait a while and check again.

The Address can only be updated if the Track My Order Status shows “Order Received,” once the Order is picked, the Address cannot be changed, please ensure the correct Address and Pincode Locator are verified before Pickup.

The Delivery Staff will call you if you are unavailable, you may guide them to deliver to an alternative Recipient at the same Address, this ensures your Shipment is received safely without delay.
